Increasing Access to Education
Initiatives

The Clear Connections Project

For many low-income workers, accessing the information and services they need to complete a college degree can be challenging. For these students, intensive, easy-to-access student services are the key to educational and career success. The Clear Connections Project (CCP) works with colleges, community organizations, and policymakers to improve student services and increase investment in Illinois' community college students.
