The curriculum can be used as a full 16-week class or individual modules can be integrated into existing classes or workshops. Individual modules are available for download below. Introduces the concept of career exploration and development and helps learners identify core values that will help them make good career choices

Helps learners identify careers that will interest them. Learners complete an interest inventory.
Module 3: Use Personal Interests to Make Career Choices
Module 4: Explore Interests with Career Coach

Learn About More Careers and Identify Skills
Guides learners through the process of exploring interest inventory results and matching their skills to potential careers.
Module 5: Learn About Careers
Module 6: Identify Personal Skills

Research Interesting Careers
Helps learners make realistic career decisions based on their living expenses and other lifestyle needs. Also helps students research their career options in detail.
Module 7: Evaluate Lifestyle Needs
Module 8: Research Interesting Careers

Build Skills
Teaches learners how to identify needed career skills and build skills through work and community activities. Introduces networking and informational interviewing for career research.
Module 9: Build Career Skills
Module 10: Network and Conduct Informational Interviews

Set Educational Goals
Brings together previous career research activities so learners can select a target career. Learners will find out about needed education and begin setting goals.

Module 12: Get the Right Education and Training

Choose an Educational Program
Helps learners evaluate education and training programs. Teaches non-college students about and guides them through applying for college certificate or degree programs.

Introduces time management techniques and guides students through detailed short- and long-term planning.
